My love of being a mother and helping those around me during their pregnancies, labors, new baby days and motherhood have solidified my desire to become a doula.

I have been busy over the last 35 years with my 4 children and felt the time was right for me to follow my passion… babies.

The birth experience is an amazing start to the unknown world of parenting and as I reflect on the years that have passed I realize how unprepared most of us are for this great responsibility. With support and knowledge it’s my desire to help make this new stage one of empowerment, love, confidence and joy.

I have attended Birth Doula Training (DONA), Postpartum Doula Training (DONA), Bradley Method courses,  Infant CPR/First Aid certification, TENS use for labor and I am in the process of being certified by DONA International.

Personal Info:
I grew up in Southern California.
Attended college both in California and at Northern Arizona University (BS degree Business, Hotel, Restaurant & Management)
I worked as a Postpartum Doula in California prior to raising my own children full time.
Moved to CO in 1995
Married for 37 years
I enjoy cooking, photography, movies, and sunny days!
